The challenge

A veterinary practice was looking for a simple way to centrally manage customer, animal, and treatment data. The existing processes were heavily manual: invoices were created by hand, data was entered multiple times, and important information was scattered across various files and documents.

The aim was to develop a user-friendly solution that automates administrative tasks, improves oversight, and reduces daily effort in practice – without the need to purchase additional software.

Our answer

As Excel Service Provider we developed a bespoke, Excel-based ERP system specifically tailored to the requirements of a veterinary practice.

The system includes, among other things:

  • Avoidance of duplicate data entries through central data management

The result

Clear and convincing

The practice now benefits from significantly more efficient processes and a central database. Invoices are automatically generated from documented treatments, which reduces errors and saves valuable time.

Customer, animal and treatment data are clearly available at all times and can be quickly maintained or analysed. The solution combines the most important ERP functions in a familiar Excel environment and reliably supports the practice in daily operations.
