The Medios Group required a uniform instrument to systematic assessment of employees across different departments. The goal was to make performance comparable and create a sound basis for personnel development, further training, and career decisions.
The tool should without macros to be easily understandable and usable independently by team and department heads.

Our answer

We developed a Clear Excel rating tool, which is consciously designed for simplicity, clarity, and comprehensibility:

    • Yellow-marked riders with instructions and rating aids

    • Green marked input fields for evaluation

  • Structured Forms with clearly defined assessment criteria

  • Central Master Data Management all employees in a separate spreadsheet

  • Automatic evaluation all reviews in a clear overview 3x3 Matrix

  • Macro-free, making it low-maintenance and deployable across the company with no issues

The result

The tool is used once annually across the entire group by team and department heads. The employee appraisal is based on clearly defined and transparent criteria.
Potential for further training and support measures is recognised early on, while Targeted development for high performers and can be identified for promotions or additional incentives. The tool thus creates a reliable basis for structured and fair personnel decisions.
