The challenge

The trade business Lodger works with a variety of different suppliers. Incoming PDF invoices contain structured XML data, but this has so far been checked and transferred manually.

The aim was the development of a automated Excel tools for invoice processing and price checking, which saves time, creates transparency and makes price deviations immediately visible.
